Certification recognizes the practitioner's demonstrable knowledge of T-JTA concepts and proper application through passage of the T-JTA Certification Exam. T-JTA Certified Practitioners receive an official certificate suitable for framing along with the additional benefits outlined below.

Questions and Answers
- Q: How many questions are in the exam and what is the passing score?
A: The exam consists of 100 questions and requires a passing score of 90% or above.
- Q: What if I do not pass the exam on my first try?
A: You can retake the exam to receive a passing score. If you do not pass after three attempts, we will refund the cost of your certification purchase (minus any training fee).
- Q: Am I required to attend the T-JTA Training Workshop before attempting the exam?
A: Yes. Our six-hour training webinar is typically sold separately, but it can be added above if you have yet to attend. Note that training access is included with the purchase of a T-JTA Training Kit.
- Q: What does the certificate look like?
A: The certificate is custom printed on thick diploma paper featuring a metallic gold trim and official gold seal. A paper frame is included, however you may choose to upgrade to an elegant glass frame if desired.
- Q: How do I list myself in the public directory of T-JTA Certified Practitioners?
A: The Counselor Dashboard includes a directory link. After confirming your exam success, you'll be able to use this link to create your listing.
