3. Interpretive Report:
Contains everything listed in Brief Report above, plus the following additional features:
• Definitions of all T-JTA Traits (A-I)
• Interpretation of client's scores on each T-JTA Trait.
• List of each question and how the respondent answered, grouped into “response themes” within each trait category.
• Criss-Cross Reports point out similarities and differences on T-JTA Traits and Trait Patterns. Pertinent areas of disagreement are listed for follow-up by the counselor.
4. Report Booklets or Report Sheets for your Clients
Now you can obtain customized Report Booklets and Report Sheets for your clients for a small additional fee. The Report Booklet
is designed for the respondent in those instances where the counselor determines it would be valuable and constructive to send information home with the testee.
It is worded in a non-threatening and usefulll fashion that will reinforce for the counselee what was presented during the interpretation. It lists areas of
strength and areas where attention may be needed. This 8-page booklet contains an introduction to the T-JTA, T-JTA profiles, validity scales and descriptions of
the 9 bipolar trait categories. One report booklet is used per testee. The Report Sheet is a one page summary
or the 9 trait areas grouped as "strengths" or "areas for further attention."
5. Trait Suggestion Sheets for your Clients
Now you can obtain customized Trait Suggestion Sheets for your clients for a small additional fee. The Trait Suggestion Sheets can be generated automatically, or the counselor can select those sheets to be printed for each Self respondent. Each sheet lists a number of suggestions for improvement in that trait area. It is designed for the respondent in those instances where the counselor determines it would be valuable and constructive to send suggestions home with the testee. Trait suggestion sheets range from 2 to 8 pages are a customized with the respondent's name.
THREE ADMINISTRATION OPTIONS
The T-JTA Scoring System Software supports three administration options to customize the system to meet your needs. All three methods allow tests to be edited to correct errors, deficiencies, such as an excessive number of mid responses, or erroneous biographical information prior to scoring.
1. Interactive in Software Program - The counsleor loads the software and the client takes the inventory on screen. The counselor scores and prints profiles and/or reports at his or her convenience.
2. Interactive on PPI TESTick: Remote Administration on a USB Flash Drive - The client inserts the PPI TESTick into an available USB drive on any computer, then takes the T-JTA on screen. Then the client returns the PPI TESTick to the counselor for scoring at his or her convenience.
3. Manual key-in - The client takes the paper and pencil version and the counselor keys-in the previously completed answer sheet. This transcription method is recommended because it only takes 3-5 minutes to transcribe a test, but does not tie up a computer for 30-45 minutes for test administration.
COUPONS
Each Profile and report has a price, in coupons, which is listed below. Producing reports decrements a coupon counter according to the number and type of reports. When you purchase coupons, we give you a coupon code. When you use this coupon code, the number of coupons you have purchased are added to the counter on your computer. When you generate a report, coupons are subtracted from that counter. You can reorder coupons by phone, mail or email.

SYSTEM HIGHLIGHTS
Our software’s easy-to-use design features one main menu that allows you to track people who have taken the test, add data, administer the test, generate reports as well as edit or delete existing data. Reports can be saved, stored and printed at users convenience.
REGISTRATION
You will need to complete a T-JTA Computer Scoring Software System License Agreement. You can complete this form online now by selecting the link PPI Software License Agreement. You can also call PPI at 800-345-8378, and we will be happy to mail or fax one to you. Your order for T-JTA Computer Scoring Software and upgrades may not be fulfilled until your signed and completed License Agreement is received. This licensed software gives you the ability to score, profile and print reports. You need to buy administrations or coupons to produce the desired report for the T-JTA.
HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS
The T-JTA Computer Scoring Software runs on any IBM compatible Pentium or higher computer with at least 8MB RAM using Windows XP, 2000 or higher. 25MB of free hard disk-space for program installation and data storage is recommended. A USB 2.0 port is required to use the PPI Software Protection USB Drive and PPI Testick.
