Quality of Life Questionnaire (QLQ)
David Evans, Ph.D. and Wendy Cope, M.A.
The Quality of Life Questionnaire (QLQ) efficiently provides a comprehensive picture of an individual’s (18 or older) quality of life across a broad range of specific areas. This 192 item self-report measure consists of 15 Content Scales and a Social Desirability Scale. The test takes about 20 minutes to administer and about 5 minutes to hand score. This is an important way to determine how the respondent feels about different parts of her or his life.
