DiSC Biblical Personal Profile System® and Facilitators Guide

The Biblical Personal Profile System is a multi-level learning instrument that uses Biblical role models to help individuals better understand themselves and others The profiles, in combination with the new Facilitator's Guide, can be used in a full day seminar for any Christian organization or church.
 
The Biblical Personal Profile System is based on the DiSC® Dimensions of Behavior model, which groups behavioral responses into four dimensions: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. Through the Biblical Personal Profile System, respondents learn to:

• Identify their Dimensions of Behavior
• Capitalize on their strengths
• Increase their appreciation of others
• Anticipate and minimize conflicts with others

Those who understand themselves and others, and who can adapt their behavior may more effectively meet the needs of any given situation.
