Profiles

T-JTA Profiles are designed for use with the client as a counseling tool. The Profiles provide a graphic portrayal of the test results. All T-JTA Profile editions include definitions to aid the counselor in explaining the meaning of the traits measured. The shadings on the T-JTA Shaded Profile serve as a guide to interpreting the meaning of the plotted percentiles. There are four T-JTA Profile Editions.
 
Shaded Profiles

Used for plotting percentile scores. For use with all T-JTA Question Booklet Editions. These are the standard profiles for the T-JTA. Four shaded zones with printed designations: Excellent, Acceptable, Improvement  Desirable, Improvement Needed.

Student Sten Profiles

Used for plotting sten scores. For use with T-JTA Secondary Question Booklet Edition. Specially designed for use in counseling adolescents. Only the trait names with “positive” connotations are listed across the top of this profile. Must be used with Student Sten Norms (see description on page 17 in this catalog). Three shaded zones assist the counselor to identify trait score adjustment levels which are: Above Average, Average, Below Average. Designations for the shaded zones are not included on the profile.
